know that you have some exceptional employees that I had the pleasure
to deal with at that time, or have in the past. Actually, I had
no intention of making a purchase when I stopped by to look. No need to
say, once I did the test drive it was a done deal- think that is fairly
common. However, I do want you to know that Richard Winking was very
knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot and was easy to deal with
and not a "high pressure" salesperson of which I probably would have
walked away from- that was appreciated. He certainly had the
professionalism and consideration to treat me, a female, as an equal. I
have dealt with one particular dealership in Mandan in the past, and to
say the least they could write a book on how NOT to treat female
consumer. The accountant certainly had the paperwork in order and made
closing the deal painless. Richard also took the time to take me around
and introduce me to the staff at Ressler Subaru- nice touch Richard.
That led me to Jen- you have a keeper with her. After the purchase and I
requested a remote car starter be put in the vehicle, Jen was there and
immediately made sure I had a way to get to work while the vehicle was
in the shop. I especially liked her sense of making sure the customer
feels like they are number one and what a great attitude she has. I did
have a minor problem with the starter, but she made sure it was taken
care of immediately. So now I'm off to the body shop to get some touch
up paint that came with the deal and Carl Jacobson made sure he took
care of his customer too- he explained why there were two bottles of
touch up paint and how to handle it if I ever needed to use them. He was
very informative and willing to do whatever it took to make the
customer happy. Time for an oil change now and no decision where to go
to get that done. Both my husband and I have used Ressler Chevrolet
Quick Lube for a few years and no one treated us better than Kendall
Foss and staff. Kendall was always honest about the parts and checking
the vehicle out on the inside by vacuuming and cleaning windows and then
checking under the hood for any sign of new parts being needed. He has
always treated us more like friends. Those are the employees that I
crossed paths with and when the time comes for my next vehicle- I will

I would
like to express my appreciation for the service provided by your sales
representative, Tom Fetsch. My situation was a bit unusual. My wife
and I live in a remote area of Alaska. It is off the road system.
We spend time on a ranch in South Dakota and get here around the first part of
October. We needed a vehicle. We've had great experience in the
north country with Subaru's, so we wanted an Outback. We needed a car
that was mechanically sound and had a good appearance. However, since we
are retired and on a fixed income, and use the car for only two months a year,
our budget was limited. We first called Tom about 6 months ago and
explained our situation. He said he was sure he could help. However
it would probably take some time, as cars that fit these conditions were
scarce. He kept in contact. When a car came in that appeared to meet
our requirements, he would immediately call, however, for one reason or
another, none fit. Tom was completely upfront about their
condition. Then last week he told us a car that looked to be the one we
were looking for was on the lot. It came in one evening, and he contacted
us from his house that night. He was right and we made the purchase.
The time
and attention Tom gave us was refreshingly exceptional. We were making a
relatively small purchase, but he treated us like his best and oldest customer.

In the past five years we have purchased two new cars from other
dealers, one purchase was a very pleasant experience, the other one was
not. We traded two low millage cars on a 2010 Legacy. We arrived at a
decision and orders it using best price signs. We made a agreement and
ordered the color we wanted. Trading cars does not get any better than
this. We wanted a car that was AWD, air, heated leather, moon roof, air
bags all arround, how profile 50 tires, and a car that would normally
over 30 mpg. That's what we got. The sales agreement was carefully
explained. We drove three new cars we were informed that we could get a
substantiation rebate on the unused OnStar contract on our Saturn. Which
was really appreciated. We did all this on the same day, from 10:30 am
